As Bliss’ UK agency, we supported the execution of the marketing and retail strategy for its lux spa and product range. The brand wanted to reach beyond the traditional image of high-end spas and position itself as an accessible and fun place to be.
Our mantra for the client was ‘never lose sight of your customer’. Not least as they had so many. The Sloane Square spa client, the Selfridges day-tripper, the online beauty buyer. The brand needed comms that spoke to all.
To help Bliss break out from the traditional white, clean and sterile spa image, we amplified the brand palette with an Instagram-inspired graphic language that would play better to the spa’s target audience. Among the tight budgets and quick turnarounds of retail marketing we created window wraps, menus, emails and flyers that projected Bliss’ more fun-loving values.
